Genina Padila│Broker
Padilla Real Estate Services was originally founded by Gil Padilla with business partners in the 80’s, he then later named the Brokerage Padilla and Associates. Over time he went solo as Gil Padilla and Associates, He ultimately named the company Padilla Property Management which is when the idea of retirement became more and more a reality.
Genina Padilla purchased Padilla Property Management in 2010 after 5 years of interning with her in-laws, Gil and Irene Padilla. Originally licensed in 1993, Genina began her career by processing loans and handling escrows for Bankers Hill Mortgage, Bankers Hill Escrow and Bankers Hill Realty.
Although the business has expanded and incorporated into its current name of Padilla Real Estate Services, the commitment to servicing each customer’s unique individual requirements remains a goal that Genina works diligently to fulfill.
Since 2010, Genina has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker and an active member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, the California Apartment Owners Association, and the Better Business Bureau. Genina, also enjoys design consulting and project management. When not working from her home office on Mt. Helix, she is at her second office in Ensenada, BC MX.
